Classically trained pastry Chef, Pius Gomes, brings more than 30 years of talent and experience to Toronto after a celebrated term as Master Chef at the Intercontinental Hotel in Muscat,Oman. He brings techniques form around the world, including France, Italy and Switzerland. After perfecting his work and broadening his experience as a pastry chef, he developed a love and passion for chocolates and brought the care and tradition of his pastry work to our famous handmade truffles.
