Classically trained pastry Chef, Pius Gomes, brings more than 30 years of talent and experience to Toronto after a celebrated term as Master Chef at the Intercontinental Hotel in Muscat,Oman. He brings techniques from around the world, including France, Italy and Switzerland. After perfecting his work with cakes and desserts; he broadened his experience as a pastry chef. He developed a love and passion for chocolates. He brings the care and tradition of his pastry work to our famous handmade truffles.
